How it Works

Note: The Fullstory integration can be enabled once logged into DataGrail. Please email support@datagrail.io with any issues or questions regarding your integrations!

Instructions

Step 1: Create a FullStory API Key

1. Log into FullStory

2. On the bottom left corner, click Settings >> Integrations & API Keys

3. Select the API Key tab and copy the API Key temporarily in a secure location

Step 2: Connect FullStory

1. Return to the DataGrail Portal (this window should already be open)

2. Enter the API Key obtained from Step 1

3. Finally, click Connect

4. If you there are additional FullStory accounts to integrate follow these instructions:

4a. Click Edit Connection within the Integration page for FullStory

4b. From the drop-down, select +Add New Connection

4c. Under Connection Name, enter a new name to identify this separate account {ex: FullStory Training

Account}

4d. Repeat Step 1 to generate an API Key for this new account

4e. Enter the API Key

4f. Click Connect

5. In the DataGrail Portal, if you have any other integrations not connected (no green check mark) please click Connect to complete the configuration and reference the Help Docs link for instructions.
